Whether you choose our Next-Business-Day On-Site1 Repair plan or another, you can count on the fastest service in the industry, including comprehensive parts and labor coverage, plus printheads1.
Preferred Plus Service and Support Plans provide telephone technical support during the term of the Plan, and Product exchange service for up to two additional years after the Plan has expired (as described in the Product Limited Warranty statement included with the Product at the time of purchase). Plans must be purchased prior to expiration of the standard limited warranty period.
For warranty-related claims, Customer must contact the toll free number identified in the EPSON Preferred Plus Service and Support Plan booklet provided with your Product at the time of original purchase or provided by an Epson representative, enter the Unit ID number and describe the problem. Epson will determine whether your Product requires service and may send a replacement product, an advance loaner or, at Epson’s option, refund the purchase price for the Product.
This agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties. No Epson employee or other person is authorized to make any representation or statements that are inconsistent with this Agreement. Except as stated herein, Epson makes no other warranties of any kind with respect to the Product. Epson further disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This plan provides next-business-day on-site repair service by an Epson Certified Technician, using genuine Epson parts. You can also get unlimited head replacements for up to five years (as specified in your Plan). The printhead is a maintenance item which you are responsible for replacing on a regular basis, but Epson covers the cost of the actual replacement under this Plan.
